We boast a large envelope Thermwood Model 90 5-axis router. This American made beast is equipped with dual 60"x144" Nemi pod universal vacuum tables, a 36" z axis, 28 position tool changer, the latest in controllers, and the best available software. To be consistent and maintain our high standards we have a dedicated team of trained artisans doing nothing but our CNC work. Our team of CAD designers and artist utilize Mastercam, Mastercam Art, Rhino, and Adobe along with the latest in large panel digitizers and Polhemus handheld laser scanner. All of this technology and talent combined leads to quick turn around and savings for our customers.
Sub-contract:
Our CNC stays busy making our industry customers look great. Don’t worry, you'll never see your project in our gallery. Most of our sub-contract projects are completed under the veil of anonymity. We're serious about keeping our customers identity hidden. Stop wasting valuable time trying to find a way to break a project into pieces so it can be made in your shop. Contract Manufacturing:
When we're not making dust or chips for other shops, we fill our time with parts production for some very interesting clients. Once again, I can't disclose the details. Let's suffice it to say that the capabilities of our machine are not going to waste!
